Update Tuesday December 10, 2019 - Peaceful Poppies Suite

Hello!

Welcome to today's Update Tuesday, the day where I share what Stampin' UP!® shares with me!
Today's inspirational photo in my Succeed Weekly email is so fun.  And it stars my favorite suite from the January Mini Catalog, the Peaceful Poppies Suite.  So of course I was ready to make these cards before I even saw the post, hahaha.

Here is the photo that Stampin' UP!® shared with us...
Image © Stampin' UP!®

Does this inspire you?  It certainly inspired me!  I want to make everything shown here and hang the banner in my crafting area!  I will say that I am off to a good start.  I made two of the cards from this photo.  The mini birthday card on the right and the skinny thank you note card right next to it!

I couldn't make just one, I had to go for two!  I hope today's post gives you as much inspiration for the upcoming January Mini Catalog as it gave me.  Here are my cards...

Aren't these just adorable!  And super easy to make!  I've even taken a photo of each on individually so you can see each one up close!

Which one is your favorite one?  I can't choose.  They are both so stinkin' cute!
If you have a favorite, leave a comment and let me know!

Snowman Clips for Holiday Gift Giving

Hello!

Here we are already in December and I have hardly had a chance to create little goodies for my friends and family.  I don't always go overboard but I love to make the special people in my life just a little something!  So this year I was playing around with the Designer Series Paper from
Stampin' UP!®  & I decided to use the Let It Snow Specialty Designer Series Paper because I LOVE the snowmen!  They make me happy!

What are my projects? You ask.  Simple and easy for starters, LOL!
I turned Dollar store clothespins into super cute bag clips, refrigerator magnets, gift clips for holding bags shut, clips for papers, etc!  They are just fun and versatile and very festive!

I mean, seriously, how cute are these and they sparkle!  These ones are just plain without any magnets yet so I clipped them around a tiered cake stand to display them.  I gotta say, I think they are super adorable!  What do you think?  How many ways will you use them?
Better yet, who will you make these for?

I appreciate you being a part of my Stampin' Journey!
I live & love to inspire you!

THANK YOU!
Measurements & Instructions
  1. Using your Paper Trimmer cut Real Red Glimmer Paper in 3/8in. strips.  I don't measure the length, I immediately use Tombow Multipurpose Glue to adhere it to a clothespin.  Then I use my Paper Snips to snip it off at the end of the clothespin and glue it to the next.
  2. Repeat step one until all of you clothespins have Real Red Glimmer Paper on both sides.
  3. Using various Stampin' UP!® punches, punch snowman from the Let It Snow Specialty Designer Series Paper.  I used the Snowman Punch and the Timeless Label Punch.
  4. I adhered the snowmen to the clothespins using Stampin' Dimensionals
  5. If desired, glue magnets to the back.  Voila!

One Card Wonder Wednesday - December 4, 2019 - Come Sail Away Birthday Card

Hello!

Welcome back to One Card Wonder Wednesday!  I hope everyone is having a great day!  I am!  I was able to get my Christmas decorations up yesterday.  Whoop!  It was a great accomplishment for me as I normally have everything up the day after Thanksgiving.  This year has just been a little hectic for me and I didn't get to it when I wanted to.  But it is up now and I am so happy!

Photo of my front porch and undecorated Christmas tree for attention!  😜

Now with all that said, I have decided to make a card unrelated to Christmas for today's card.  I don't know about you but I always am running out of Birthday cards!  That's because everyone we know has a birthday!  LOL!  We run out because we use them all the time!
So here is a birthday card for any guy in your life!

How handsome is this card?!  I was so happy with how easy it went together.  Once everything is cut...and I die cut these pieces months ago and had them in an extra stamp case waiting for my inspiration.  Today was the day!  The Come Sail Away Suite is perfect for creating cards for many different occasions.  This birthday card is one of those occasions.

I hope you are inspired by today's card!  Get your card making supplies out and get started creating a birthday card for someone you love!  Better yet, get a head start on 2020 by creating a stack of birthday cards!

I appreciate you being a part of my Stampin' Journey!
I live & love to inspire you!

One Card Wonder Wednesday, November 27, 2019 - Night Before Christmas Memories & More

Hello!

I am so happy to welcome you to today's One Card Wonder Wednesday!  It is the day before Thanksgiving and I know we are all busy preparing for our dinners tomorrow.  We have family in our homes visiting and we are just plain busy in general.  I myself am going to a doctor's appointment,  the grocery store for all the last minute veggies etc, liquor store - because let's be honest I need some wine after today, baking pies, prepping my turkey so I won't have so much to do in the morning, getting my Christmas decorations out of the closet....possibly setting up the tree so it can be decorated this weekend, and doing some laundry.  Because laundry is never ending! Oh, and doing a Facebook Live video too, hahaha, whew!

So I decided to make today's card super sweet and simple using the Night Before Christmas Memories & More Cards plus the Cards and Envelopes.

Image ©Stampin' UP!®

The photo above shows the Night Before Christmas Memories & More Cards.  They all come in one pack and you get 6 each of 9 designs that are double sided.  The sizes are 3in. x 4in. and 4in. x 6in.  Plus you get 6 sticker sheets, and then stickers are thicker than normal stickers.  The coordinating colors are Cherry Cobbler, Crumb Cake, Crushed Curry, Early Espresso, Mossy Meadow, Night of Navy, Old Olive, Poppy Parade, Pretty Peacock, So Saffron and Very Vanilla.

Image © Stampin' UP!®

The Cards and Envelopes pack comes with 20 cards and 20 envelopes.  The coordinating colors are Cherry Cobbler, Poppy Parade, and Very Vanilla.  So if you were to purchase both of these sets you would have a minimum of 20 cards for the holidays....You could make more using the remaining Memories & More Card fronts.  And you don't have to stamp unless you want to!

Here are the super easy cards I made tonight.  I hope you love them as much as I do.  Tonight's video turned into Two Card Wonder Wednesday!

I appreciate you being a part of my Stampin' Journey!
