One Card Wonder Wednesday July 24, 2019

Hello!

I hope you are having a great Wednesday!  I am having a good one, which basically means nothing weird or strange has happened. haha.  Just a normal day, doing normal stuff, I walked on the treadmill,  ran some errands, and then worked on this card to share with you all.

So every Wednesday I make what I call One Card Wonder Wednesday.  I have been doing this for just over a year now.  Holy Moly!  I just looked it up and my first video was on May 9, 2018.  I'll be honest, that is a surprise to me.  I knew I had been doing a weekly video for a while, but I didn't think it was over a year already.  I almost always do the video live in my facebook VIP group...
Stampin' With Valerie VIP.  Sometimes it is pre-recorded because life happens and I am not always free on Wednesday night.   I am super excited to now be bringing this to you here every week, this is one of many to come.  I love to share my creativity.

I truly enjoyed making this card and it is relatively simple.  When I first saw the Garden Lane Designer Series Paper I wasn't sure I even liked it and it made me sad because green is my favorite color.   Then I used it, just for this card.  Now I love it.  Seriously, that is all it took, making this card and now I am loving the Garden Lane Designer Series Paper.  Using it with Whisper White and Crumb Cake Card Stock just bring out the beauty of the pattern I selected.  Don't you think?

Here is a list of the measurements I used for this card.  Of course if you want to make a smaller or larger version of the card you would have to adjust your measurements.  This card will fit into the Whisper White Medium Envelopes from Stampin' UP!

Measurements:
Crumb Cake Card Stock--11in. x 4 1/4in., scored @ 5 1/2"
OR: 8 1/2in. x 5 1/2in. scored @ 4 1/4in.
Whisper White Card Stock, cut three--5 1/2in. x 4in. and one at 3 1/2in x 3/4in
Garden Lane DSP--5in. x 1 1/2in
Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon--14in.

Here is the video so you can follow along and make this card yourself.  When you make it just comment to let me know.  I want to know how your experience is making this beauty!
