I am so happy to be here today participating in the Blogging Friends Blog Hop for September 2020. This month our theme is Harvest Moon, for me, in a word, this means Autumn. So I have designed an Autumn harvest card with a plethora of pumpkins and gourds.
Autumn is my favorite season and I love seeing the fields full of pumpkins and gourds, in other words, pumpkin patches! Who doesn’t love a good pumpkin patch?
I fussy cut these pumpkins and gourds from the Gilded Autumn Specialty Designer Series Paper. The entire sheet of DSP is flooded with an enormous amount of pumpkins and gourds that are all the same color. As a way to make some of them stand out, I sponged them with Cajun Craze Ink.
This card has several layers therefore it is a little bit thicker than most. So you may want to hand deliver or add extra postage. Make sure you view my video to see all of the details on how to create the little curly strips for your pumpkins along with some fussy cutting techniques!
