Welcome to today’s One Card Wonder Wednesday! I have a super fun, simple Halloween card you can make for your friends & family. I have been thinking about how crazy this year has been and how much we have all changed. Am I right? We all do things a little differently now. We are more careful with our daily interactions with others. So, with that in mind, making and sending cards is becoming the new normal for a lot of us as we are not getting together as often, or even at all in some cases.
Yes, us avid card makers have been doing this for years but there are new card makers that are starting this now. I love it! What better way to start a new tradition than to send a card for Halloween, a fun holiday where dressing up, eating candy, and being spooky are all acceptable! Have a Hoot and stamp a card for someone.
I chose the Have a Hoot stamp set for today’s card, what do you think?
The little owl peeking out from behind the jack-o-lanterns, simply adorable! This card makes me smile. How about you? Now all you need to do is Have a Hoot and stamp a card for someone.
Make sure you view the video for full instructions. I colored the images using Stampin’ Blends. In my opinion, the easiest way to color stamped images. The blends just glide across the Whisper White card stock when you color with them. But don’t take my word for it, buy some and try them for yourself.
Finish your card with a sentiment on the inside. For mine, I used “Have a Hoot on Halloween” It really is fun to make and send this card. I hope you will do just that! Surprise someone.
